The new up and coming local Cambodian brands will be the subject of interest in this year’s edition of Cambodia Fashion Illumination.
Slated to take place on February 21-22, 2014, the event, which earlier emphasised only on global brands in its inaugural 2012 calendar, will now include six emerging domestic labels in its forthcoming second season catwalk schedule, reports The Phnom Penh Post.
Organised by the famous fashion retailer Sovereign Retail Group, the soiree will showcase an array of fresh Spring/Summer 2014 lines, ranging from casual urbanwear to flowing eveningwear, from names like Soknan, Rong, Seam Fashion, Chin FDesign, CGBCN and Natacha Van.
In addition to local brands, around eight foreign labels, such as the American denim specialist Levi’s, French womenswear retailer Axara and Spanish clothing purveyor Mango, will also feature their latest offerings at the two-day-long fashion event.
