Swiss Julian Zigerli to showcase at Armani’s Teatro Space (Italy)

Julian Zigerli, the emerging Swiss talent, is the latest fashion designer who has been given the covetable opportunity to present his collection at Armani’s Teatro Space during the forthcoming Milan Fashion Week’s January, 2014 calendar.

The menswear specialist has been personally hand-picked by the celebrated Italian design veteran Giorgio Armani, as part of the latter’s noble initiative to support promising young designers and revive the Milan event.

According to fashionunited.co.uk, Zigerli would feature his Autumn/Winter-2014 collection on January, 11, 2014, during the Italian men’s fashion celebration Milan Men’s Fashion Week.

Earlier, Armani had given the opportunity to menswear designer Andrea Pompilio and womenswear talent Stella Jean to showcase their Spring/Summer 2014 catwalk collections at his Teatro Space.

Located at Via Bergognone, Milan, Teatro Space, which was opened by Armani himself, is a catwalk theatre dedicated solely for new up and coming fashion designers from around the world.

An alumnus of the Berlin University of the Arts, the Swiss Design Award winner Zigerli is known for his sportswear-inspired functional clothing designs.
